Family
My name is Stephanie Wujek, and I am the middle school science teacher at Wiggins Middle School. I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. I am the youngest of seven children. I have a blended family with only one biological sister. My sister, Jessica recently graduated law school in Virginia. My mom and stepdad recently moved to Arizona for retirement, and my dad and stepmom live near Denver.
This past summer I married my husband, Blaze. Blaze is currently part owner of an oilfield service company based out of Greeley. We live in Wiggins and have a dog named Whisky. She is half Saint Bernard and half French Mastiff. She was a Valentine's Day present from Blaze this year. She is wild and slightly crazy but loves swimming and snuggling.

School
I attended high school in Windsor where I ran cross country and track and played basketball. I graduated in 2011 and received a scholarship for running to attend the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. I attended UNC for 3 years and graduated with my bachelor's degree in Biology with an emphasis in secondary education.

Work
I have worked in Wiggins for two years now. I was the high school science teacher for the past two years and loved every minute of it. This year, I have decided to take over the middle school position in order to grow our science program and foster the hands on problem solving techniques that I learned by teaching high school. I am really excited to teach middle school and learn along with my students!
My Goal
My goal is to encourage and challenge all of my students in their science knowledge. We are a team in my classroom and we will work together to problem solve through the curriculum. I will use real world application and hands on interaction to help inspire my students to explore the world around them.
